Sandy Gulledge

Sandra Stokes Gulledge is a native Delawarean, born in Milford Hospital and graduated Valedictorian from Lake Forest High School. She graduated in 1982 from the University of Delaware with a Cum Laude BS in Accounting. Upon graduation, she joined a regional CPA firm concentrating in small business and individual taxation, as well as audits of not-for-profit agencies and small governmental units.

In 1995, she started her own accounting practice. Currently the practice prepares 2500 personal income tax returns, 400 corporations and partnerships, and runs payroll or bookkeeping for 100 businesses.

She oversees the operation of the two offices. Meets with our business clients for tax planning and compliance. Forms Delaware corporations and LLC’s. Works with our individual taxpayers for personal financial planning, tax planning and tax preparation. She enjoys the diverse nature of our client base. Her experience in tax and bookkeeping is shared with each client to achieve their tax and financial goals.

When not at work, enjoys spending time with her family. Her two sons are also graduates of the University of Delaware.

History of our office:

Oct. 1995 – Started practice, sharing space with local physician Dr. Veronica Cerny
Jan. 1998 – Opened an office in Milford Delaware at 107 N. Walnut St.
Nov. 1998 – Formed corporation and acquired accounts of Dover Tax, Inc., the Dover office of National Income Tax Service owned by Nancy Trinkle. Moved office to 666 S DuPont Highway, Dover, DE.
Sep. 2003 – Moved Dover location during Hurricane Isabel.
Oct. 2005 – Added Sussex County office and acquired the accounts of Harmon Financial Services, Inc.
Dec. 2009 – Milford office opened at 19 N Walnut St. and acquired the accounts of Tanner & Associates.
October 2021 – Purchased and renovated the Dover Office at 1059 S. Bradford St
